Package Your Items
Place the original tags on the garments and secure them in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
